Creating safe, open spaces based on lived experience and accessible academia.
Inclusion needs to start with people who truly understand the issues.
Society is becoming more and more aware of the need for true inclusion, but it doesn’t have the tools, living experience, or the frameworks to make it happen. You might want to support your neurodivergent, disabled or LGBTQ+ team, your young people, or those you’re interacting with, but you’re unsure of how it could actually look in reality.
But how do you thrive in systems that weren’t designed with you in mind?
That’s where I come in.
I’m Charli - a speaker, trainer, and consultant with living experience of being multiply neurodivergent, chronically ill and queer amongst systems that weren’t designed with us in mind. I’ve lived my life seeing how cultures, policies and practices can exclude or empower marginalised people.
I support organisations, charities, professionals and beyond to move beyond just ticking a box to real, sustainable inclusion. I help people ask the uncomfortable questions, learn, and build their confidence around neurodiversity, disability, identity, and beyond: with clarity, honesty, and strategy that really works.
From bespoke training sessions to frank, practical consultancy, I help to centre evidence-based insights, real-world experience and solution-based thinking.
Because when people are understood as who they really are, everyone benefits.

Charli can mix and match topics to create bespoke sessions just for you.
Changing the narrative, one conversation at a time.
I’m Charli Clement (they/them), a speaker, writer, trainer and activist - and a proud multiply neurodivergent, queer, disabled person. My work is all about sharing my experiences and changing systems.
I grew up being the weird kid in school, the “non-compliant” patient in hospital, and then became the sensitive one at university and in the workplace. All of those experiences have shaped the way I want to challenge, advocate for my communities, and help people have uncomfortable conversations.
I’ve worked with national charities, education settings, healthcare professionals and big-name brands to cause better understanding of neurodivergence, disability and inclusion - not just as concepts, but as real, everyday experiences.
My approach is warm, real, and always rooted in lived experience. Whether I’m delivering training, keynotes, or supporting teams, my aim is always the same: to create change that actually matters.
Ultimately - inclusion doesn’t have to be boring. Disability doesn’t mean pity. And neurodivergence isn’t a flaw to fix.
