Real inclusion starts with living experience, not tick-boxes
Because culture change, inclusion and equity are not buzzwords. They’re a reality we need to get to through understanding, supporting, and genuine care.
I’m Charli Clement - I write, speak, train and consult bringing together lived & living experience, evidence-based insight, and accessible strategy to help you move beyond compliance and into true culture change.
As an autistic, chronically ill and queer professional, I understand first-hand what exclusion looks like, compared to what inclusion could look like when it’s done properly. I work with cross-sector clients to make neurodiversity, disability inclusion and intersectionality practical, relevant and empowering for everyone in the room.
From training for corporate clients, to speaking on big stages, to writing for the national press, I create brave spaces where people are supported to feel comfortable in the uncomfortable.
Taking my experiences and applying them to your needs
I started the work I do as a person impacted by the systems that weren’t built for me.
Navigating healthcare, education, and employment as a neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQ+ person taught me what being marginalised looks like, and why “awareness” doesn’t cut it.
It needed to get better. So I set out to changing it.
Since then, I’ve delivered speeches in Parliament, collaborated with major brands and public bodies, supported NHS Trusts and education providers, and trained hundreds of professionals to turn intention into impact.
My approach blends strategy, storytelling and upskilling, because to really understand liberation and inclusion, we need it all. I focus on intersectionality, neurodiversity, disability justice and accessibility: rooted in practical ideas, bespoke working, and my own experiences.
Whether you need a keynote speaker, a co-production expert, or a hard-hitting writer, I can bring it all together to meet your organisation’s needs.
